Don´t waste your time like "January is definitely a free trial month.My 2023 will start in February" I got you.😁

It's time to get out of your comfort zone and try to be a better student to make progress every day of the remaining months._ _

So, today I´m gonna let you know about "How to get out of your comfort zone?"

Firstly, 💠What is Comfort zone?

Comfort zone is a situation where people have a regular habit or routine. In that zone, you will be comfortable.There is no hard work or new things to do.There is no progress and also there is no anxiety or stress and every day.

💠How do we know we are in the Comfort zone?

If your daily routine is just repeating a few small tasks and doing nothing special,if it is easy without challenges and has a lot of time. (For example, get up ➡️ eating ➡️ phone ➡️ sleep.)

Even if you have new ideas and if you are still here without doing anything like "I can’t." Even if you do something like study or research for a long term like a few times or you are not gonna do anymore.

As long as there is no struggle, failure, or criticism, you are still in the comfort zone.

💠How to get out of your Comfort zone?

📍Challenge yourself in small ways every day.

1 . Try to start small daily activities that are not normally done.

2 . Turn everyday into a learning experience.

📍Pick activities that challenge you.

3 . Try challenging the things that always make you afraid and nervous to do for yourself.

📍Give yourself an ultimatum.

4 . Like always "I can do it."

📍Think positively to overcome fear.

5 . Be optimistic about the difficulties and fears you may encounter.

📍Coach yourself through scary situations.

6 . Sometimes self-talk helps a lot to give strength. For example, like, “I know you’re hesitant but you will get through this situation anyway.”

💠What are the negative effects of being in the Comfort zone?

📍 It stops your personal growth/development.

Everything is under control and you lose a lot of opportunities. By staying in the comfort zone for a long time, we become satisfied with ourselves. It is like a knife rusting when it is without sharpening. If a person does nothing and stays like this, he will be a dull and stupid person.

💠What are the benefits of getting out of the zone?

Actually,it's not that easy to get out of your comfort zone. As soon as you come out of the comfort zone, you will enter the fear zone. You will be afraid. When you try a new challenge for yourself, there will be difficulties. If you face those difficulties and fears and move forward, you will definitely reach a goal.

As a first step, if you can get out of your comfort zone, you will find your passion. This is something that you will never find in the comfort zone. You will be able to learn what you are passionate about. You will be able to try it in practice.

Like "Failure is the best teacher." You can learn from each mistake and achieve success. New ideas and knowledge will develop and you will be able to focus more.

If you can do more and more, you will see yourself in different way and also self-confidence.
